It was a nice, sunny day today. That seems to help a lot.
There's a lot I didn't get done, but rather than dwell on those things, I'm just going to rejoice in what I did accomplish!
I did get the bathroom rugs washed, and dried on the line. I love the smell of things that are dried on the line! It's one of the long dreary parts of winter, using the dryer so much. I can feel spring coming, now that I can put stuff outside to dry. It's green, too. :)
I also made a trip to the dump. Any time I remove stuff from the house, it feels good. This time was mostly regular trash, but it included newspapers that had been building up. I also cleaned out my trunk, so that I could put more trash IN, and then after the dump, could vaccuum it! I went to the car wash to use their vaccuum... considering how much SAND was in the trunk, I was afraid it would break mine! Thank you Taylor for doing the vaccuuming!
Baking the chicken for supper also felt good. And there's so definitely enough left that I can make chicken pie, maybe for Thursday night. Home cooking is good. So is strawberry shortcake - I think maybe we even got in enough fruits and veggies today!
I hope the sun is shining tomorrow. I still have a lot left to do!!!!
